3-Day Vedic Thai Bodywork — Futon Training
This three-day training is a deep introduction to the traditional art of Vedic Thai Bodywork practiced on the futon. Students will learn rhythmic compression, assisted stretches, joint mobilization, and flowing transitions in supine, prone, side-lying, and seated positions.
We will explore how to use breath, body weight, and correct body mechanics to create a practice that feels effortless, meditative, and deeply supportive for both the giver and the receiver. The training also introduces the energetic principles of Thai bodywork, including meridian lines, marma points, and mindful touch.
Open to massage therapists, yoga teachers, bodyworkers, movement professionals, and beginners who feel called to work with the body through an Eastern perspective.
