The Vedic Conservatory Administration desires only satisfied and fulfilled participants and exchanges.
The Vedic Conservatory Officials wish only for conscientious understanding and agreeable interactions and conclusions between enrollees and presenters.
For return and/or refund questions and considerations, please first contact us at vedamystic@gmail.com. If agreements are mutually confirmed, returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vedic Conservatory 457 SW 3rd Ave, Boynton Beach, Florida 33435
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Books/Manuals, Futons, Jewelry and DVDs are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged.
Tuition Refund
The Vedic Conservatory Administration desires only satisfied and fulfilled participants. The Vedic Conservatory tuition refund policy requires the student to express the complaint/reason for a refund at the conclusion of the class while in the closing award circle. The requirement also includes that the circle participants agree to the veracity and legitimacy of the complaint/reason. Otherwise, the request will be denied and/or other discussions/considerations will be considered.
In situations where health or unforeseen occurrences have interrupted classroom participation, then crediting the tuition towards a future class is The VC's default policy.
The VC policy for class cancellations includes, upon agreement between the VC teacher and enrollee, a forwarding of the tuition credit to a future class. If another cancellation occurs from this same student, then an agreement, such as forwarding tuition again or a different agreement, must be documented. The VC 'No show' policy includes that the tuition remains in full amount with the VC school.
A $108 processing fee is applicable.
Depending upon several other variables, including full, partial, and work exchange considerations, The Vedic Conservatory wishes only for conscientious understanding and agreeable conclusions to tuition and other payment involvements.
Refund Policy for Digital Products (online video classes)
Digital Products
All digital products, including online courses, trainings, workshops, downloadable materials, videos, recordings, manuals, and other digital content, are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital products, access to the content is granted immediately upon purchase. Once access has been provided, the information, techniques, educational materials, and intellectual property contained within the product can be viewed, downloaded, copied, or retained by the purchaser. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction after access has been granted.
Refund requests will not be approved for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- The content not meeting personal expectations
- Lack of time to complete or review the material
- Failure to achieve desired personal or professional results
- Purchase made by mistake after access has been provided
- Partial completion or non-use of the product
We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, course outline, requirements, and any available information before making a purchase.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents access to your purchased digital product, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide access to the content.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the case of duplicate charges or billing errors and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing any digital product from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
